 s such as grief indicators and emotions\, grief and trauma\, grief trigger
 s and past wounds\, grief and the brain\, primary and secondary losses\, m
 emories and special occasions\, living alone and loneliness\, mindset and 
 routines\, guilt and anger\, rediscovering purpose\, and second chapters. 
 Each session also includes a faith-based topic\, helping widows explore wh
 ere God is in their grief while being reminded of His presence\, promises\
 , grace\, and hope.\nGrief does not end after seven sessions\, and neither
  does your support. Courage to Grieve provides a foundation of understandi
 ng\, practical tools\, faith\, and connection to carry with you as you con
 tinue to navigate life after loss. Widows are encouraged to remain connect
 ed through Beauty from Ashes Support Groups\, Share Circles\, workshops\, 
 socials and events\, and other opportunities for ongoing support and conne
